Hello, I’m Lisa — proud mum to Chloe and Isabelle, wife to Dave, and dog mum to Winnie, our lovable cockapoo who’s never far from my side.

I’ve worked within the NHS since 2005, qualifying as a nurse in 2017 and gaining experience across emergency medicine and several other areas of nursing. Caring for people has always been at the heart of what I do, and I continue to work within the NHS alongside running XTM Aesthetics.

After completing my aesthetics training last year, I finally turned a long-held dream into reality by creating my own clinic space during our 2025 conservatory build — something I’m incredibly proud of.

Outside of work, I’m bubbly, outgoing, and always up for a laugh. There’s usually music playing wherever I am — even if that means singing badly and dancing in the car!

For me, aesthetics is about so much more than treatments. It’s about helping people feel confident, comfortable, and happy in their own skin while creating genuine connections and supporting every step of their journey. 💕
